The Trust is already acknowledged as a pioneer in the delivery of digital healthcare, with its award-winning digital care hub delivering care round-the-clock to care homes, prisons, and people in their own homes.
We are seeking to appoint a Digital Allied Health Professional as a member of the expanding Clinical Informatics team.
You will be required to work as a member of the EPR Programme Team, and with the Clinical, Operational, Digital and Technical teams daily to perform your role. You will be suitably qualified possessing HCPC Registration and have proven experience in clinical service delivery and developing people.
You will have excellent Leadership skills and be able to influence users and colleagues using communication skills and establishing constructive relationships to lead colleagues through significant change. You will be instrumental in representing your profession, and in encouraging your professional colleagues to explore and engage with the transformation journey.
As part of the Trusts commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis, this would be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.
To be successful you will need to have significant knowledge of AHP Services, National Digital Health and Social Care Strategies, the NHSE What Good Looks Like Framework and other Regulatory requirements.
