Head of Epr Operational and Administration Services

We are seeking to appoint a Head of EPR Operational and Administration Services, who will play a hands-on role as the bridge between the programme and the Trust’s operational teams. They will work closely with operational management teams ensuring the engagement of admin and operational colleagues to help realise quality improvement opportunities and benefits arising from the new EPR.
This post is pivotal in supporting the overall implementation of the EPR as well as the ongoing excellent service delivery after go‐live as EPR becomes business as usual.
Partnership working with service delivery and clinical operational colleagues at CHFT and BTHFT will be crucial in aligning approaches, making the best use of resources and building consensus.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and experience of working with diverse teams to oversee large scale operational change and improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have extensive experience of administration or health service operations management.
As part of the Trust’s commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis. This will be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.

As the Head of EPR Operational and Administration Services, you will play a hands-on role as part of the programme to implement the new Cerner Millennium EPR at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust acting as the bridge between the programme and the Trust’s operational teams.
The post holder will have a key role in this programme by working with senior colleagues and stakeholders within Digital, within the Trust and across the Integrated Care Partnership.
The post holder will play a full and active role in clinical service delivery leadership and provide strategic direction, and management for all aspects of EPR operations, including the development of a service delivery strategy and associated best-practice guidance and protocols, both for programme team members, and EPR end-users at the Trust.
