As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join our increasingly busy team

Reporting to the Lettings Manager you will be providing exemplary levels of customer service for our clients and customers. You will assist all aspects of the lettings process, reporting maintenance issues of properties, along with general administration.

Other duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Arranging and assisting with property inspections
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Liaising with and updating landlords regularly
- Cross-selling departments
- Securing new Business
- Assisting with KPI and monthly reporting
- Ensuring the company’s adherence to all relevant legislation
- Assisting with property auditing and compliance
- Assisting with all aspects of a new tenancy, including document preparation, referencing, check in/out, tenancy checks, Inventory checks and receipt of all necessary funds
- Negotiating rent increases at renewal stage & issuing renewal documentation
- Ensure internal systems regularly updated
- Assistance with any maintenance issues that arise
- Diary Management
- Chasing arrears

Confidence will be key, as you will need to be effective in managing the needs and expectations of our clients.

To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience with administration. Lettings experience also being desirable. Flexibility in your role will be important, as some overnight stays may be required for properties that are further afield. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
