**Administration Assistant**
**Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a week**
Here at The Broad Oak Group we are looking for an experienced office administrator who would assist in both our Lettings department and the Build office.
**Skills required**
Good time management skills essential.
Highly organised and self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail. A team player with a positive attitude.
Able to be confident and use initiative when working alone.
Proficient in MS Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
The mixed role will cover lettings management and Build office administration. Lots of teamwork but also the need for initiative and confidence when working alone.
**Lettings Department**
Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries from landlords, tenants and contractors.
Arranging and accompanying viewings, attending property inspections.
Dealing with maintenance issues and instructing tradesmen.
Ensuring that properties are compliant and safety certificates are up to date. Advise utility companies of changes in tenants,
Lettings and property experience are not essential.
**Build Office**
Processing tender opportunities on two council portals for disables adaptation works
Providing relevant information to Senior Contract Managers who provide costings
Creating quotes with information provided and submitting on portals ahead of deadlines
Inputting all details on to Job Logic
Checking portals and Job Logic to ensure no quotes are missed or deadlines not met
**Essential**
Current driving licence
**Preferred**:
1 year experience in an admin role
**Salary**: Depending on experience
