In this fast-moving position, you are responsible for providing sales/technical support to an allocated market, acting as a central coordinator supporting the smooth transition of orders through the business. This key role, which is now open, is vital in maintaining our satisfaction and credibility with customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- To be responsible for the processing and compilation of machine orders.
- Assessing the details of products sold to ensure they are fit for purpose and are correctly specified. Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and following Loma strategy.
- Entry of order details in IT ERP systems and creation of written acknowledgment of orders for customers.
- Participate in projects that deliver on-going improvements to Loma processes.
- Support inter-departmental team working. Liaising with procurement, engineering and manufacturing facilities as and where required.
- Conduct customer visits both PDI & FAT in support of the sales team as and when required.
**Qualifications**
Essential Requirements:
- Very good attention to detail and able to resolve administrative discrepancies.
- Demonstrable experience working in a Customer Service / Sales environment (preferably in a manufacturing or service environment).
- Good I.T. skills in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other IT systems.

- Ability to manage own workload and to work as part of a team.
