**Purpose of role**:
Other duties include scheduling appointments with customers for the Business Development Team, researching information used by the Business Development Team and processing sales orders. To ensure success, the Sales Support Administrator should have related experience and high administrative expertise.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers regarding enquiries and supporting regular account review meetings.
- Administrating orders on our CRM System.
- Scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.
- Keeping track of the Business Development team's communication with customers using the CRM System.
- Preparing and filing/storing sales contracts and agreements.
- Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
