Our client based in Farnborough is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Support Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide day to day sales support for Digital customers, Company Direct customers & the Sales Team, predominantly within the Digital channel of the business.
- Sales order entry, processing, validation, and confirmation to customer (where needed).
- Sales order management: back orders, order book alignment & reconciliation.
- Sales order to warehouse planning: order line consolidation, back order consolidation, maximising shipments and managing item availability.
- Facilitate manual sales order payments.
- Digital customer item setup and maintenance; new line forms, copy, images, weights, dimensions etc.
- Company D2C website item setup and maintenance; copy, images, videos etc.
- Customer item price setup and maintenance, including promotional pricing amendment.
- Customer master data setup: ship to addresses, item cross references, EDI mapping etc.
- Ensure sales are maximised wherever possible and that customer excellence is maintained at all times.
- Company D2C master data setup; EDI mapping, pricing etc.
- Manage and/or support the stock levels of our D2C sites to ensure inventory matches in our warehouse
- Product page auditing and reporting content issues.
- Basic content updates as directed (images, video, text).
- Contribute to the decision making and assessment of customer forecasting, allocations, and stock management.
- Post shipment document creation: invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.
- Attend and/or support relevant customer meetings to support the sales & marketing teams.

Amazon Specific
- New product upload/ASIN creation (Amazon only).
- Catalogue back-end maintenance - browse nodes, categorisation, replenishment codes.
- Amazon invoices - GL coding/raising disputes/tracking documentation.
- Basic content - keyword optimisation, new image/video upload, PDP auditing.
- Customer Service - Questions and answers responses.
- Brand store maintenance/update.
- Sales reporting & sales out data entry including weekly sales tracker maintenance.
- A strong understanding of customer service excellence.
- Experience of working with Amazon is highly recommended, but not essential.
- Experience with Ecommerce sales and Consumer Rights is highly recommended.
- An understanding of multi-channel sales; including UK Retail, Distributor models and e-commerce sales is essential.
- An understanding of end to end supply chain, including exports would be beneficial.
- High attention to detail, especially with numbers and data.
- Analytical skills to aid with report creation, running and presentation.
- MS Office skills from intermediate to expert level - Excel skills essential for reporting and KPI management.
- Proactive attitude to resolving and pre-empting issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
