**Opportunity**
Integral to the success of the business, as our Sales Administrator, not only will you become our CRM expert, you will also be a key point of contact for enquiries, both internally and externally, and you’ll be responsible for supporting the sales team, and providing timely and accurate information and communications in order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the wider sales team in preparing and organising sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Accurately maintain customer and sales information as well as developing enhanced reporting capabilities within the i6 CRM tool.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights into the business development, sales and account management pipeline.
- Maintain inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the business development, sales and account management teams.
- Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer needs to inform product development, customer experience and marketing strategies.
**Person**
The role requires high-levels of interaction with various customer functions from front-line users to senior management. Providing an outstanding level of support and responsiveness is vital.
If you have the following experience then you may be the Sales Administrator we need:
- A background in Customer Service, Administration or Sales Support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills, and other relevant sales tools (e.g. SaaS).
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or a similar role within the aviation industry is highly desirable.

- Customer Service Skills: To provide excellent customer service at every opportunity both internally and externally - going the extra mile to help the customer.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Organisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Team Player: Be collaborative with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the aviation industry, including key players, products, and services.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
