**What will you be doing?**:
We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to come and join our team, helping to manage and deliver on our activity plan.

In this varied role, you'll be responsible for collating promotional data and producing concise and clear communications. You will be circulating data to relevant teams and agencies.

As part of your role, you will help direct queries from our Retail team to the correct department or agency, as well as updating store implementation guides.

Using your strong attention to detail, you will have focus on producing a range of documents, including:

- Presentations
- Reports
- Briefing forms
- POS allocation sheets working closely with Print supplier

You'll be required to make store visits which will help further your knowledge and expertise and aid you in your content development and population of in store comms.

Forward thinking, you'll make recommendations for improvements and present solutions. You'll need to utilise time management skills in order to manage priorities and successfully meet deadlines.

Flexibility will be required as you undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as requested by our Marketing Manager.

**How will I know if I am right for this role?**:
Ideally we are looking for a confident self starter, who can work and thrive in a very fast paced environment. You'll work well under pressure, take ownership and problem solve, to ensure deadlines are met.

You'll possess strong organisational skills as well as strong communication skills (both written and verbal). You'll need excellent MS Office, Word and Excel skills.

Flexible and adaptable, you'll need to be able to accept and deal with changing priorities relating to both your own work and the wider business needs.
