We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team, based in Lichfield. We are looking for someone with good administrative experience, excel proficiency, and outstanding organisational and prioitisation skills. This position will assist HR with data entry, spreadsheet development, information and document transfer into systems, and basic payroll activities.

Hours of work can be flexible to suit the individual, either part time or full time. Minimum requirement is 30 hours per week.

**About The Role**
**How will you contribute**:

- Collate and input payroll data from departments ensuring all deadlines are met
- Assure confidentiality and security of records and information
- Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
- Provide reference responses as well as requesting references for new hires
- File documents into appropriate files in a timely manner
- Assisting with processing pay
- Maintain employment records
- Update other people systems with starters and leavers

**What will you Bring.**
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within an administrative role is essential
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to demonstrate this is required
- Ability to be organized and manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption is essential.
- Extensive data entry skills, spreadsheet, and word processing proficiency required.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent administration and co-ordination skills.
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team.
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written.
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.
- No unspent criminal convictions
