**Exciting Temporary Opportunity: HR Administrator**
Start Date: Early September
**Salary**: £11.43 per hour
Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a dynamic role that offers a blend of remote and office-based work? Look no further Our client is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team in Lichfield City Centre.
Duration: 3 Months
Hours: 18.5 hours per week (10:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Working arrangements: Hybrid working, with 1-2 days in the office
Central location: Lichfield City Centre

- As a temporary HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR team during a period of increased workload. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience to contribute their skills in a busy and vibrant environment._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process new starters, ensuring accurate documentation and timely onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR systems with employee information.
- Handle clearance contracts for new hires.
- Prepare leaver letters and variation documents.
- Assist with ad hoc HR administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator is essential.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
- Ability to work discreetly and diplomatically with sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient with new systems and technologies.
- Ability to commit to the full 3-month duration of the role.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
