We are looking for a HR Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our ASOS contract in Lichfield. Working Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, you’ll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site.

You’ll earn a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
- Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
- Responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Past HR and/or Payroll administrative experience
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
