Job Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Responding to incoming inquiries and calls from customers.
  • Entering orders into the Prima back-office system accurately.
  • Providing detailed product information and quotations to customers.
  • Communicating delivery details for customer orders.
  • Managing our recycling service setup and collection processes.
  • Continuously updating contacts in the Prima system and maintaining online accounts.
  • Coordinating timely engineer call-outs and managing administration related to supplier invoices.
  • Engaging in ongoing skill development to uphold high service standards.
  • Distributing marketing materials to our customer base.
  • Overseeing management of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, handling faulty inquiries, returns, credits, and liaising with the Managing Director.
  • Assisting Sales Consultants by preparing specific customer quotations.
  • Enhancing existing accounts to maximize customer spending and purchases.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a related sector.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
Attention to detail and precision in tasks.
