Job Overview:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our clientele, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Responding to incoming inquiries and calls from customers.
- Inputting orders into the Prima back-office system accurately.
- Providing customers with detailed product information and quotations.
- Communicating delivery details for customer orders.
- Managing our recycling service setup and collection processes.
- Maintaining and creating contacts in the Prima system, alongside online account monitoring.
- Coordinating timely engineer call-outs and managing administration related to engineer jobs and supplier invoices.
- Continuously enhancing skills to uphold high service standards for our customers.
- Distributing marketing materials to our customer base.
- Overseeing management of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, handling faulty inquiries, returns, credits, and liaising with the Managing Director.
- Assisting Sales Consultants by preparing specific quotations for customers.
- Developing existing accounts to maximize their purchasing potential with our company.
Qualifications:
We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within a related industry.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
