Location: Lichfield City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ( 35 hours per week )
A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a family run organisation in the centre of Lichfield.
**Duties**
- Diary management
- Preparing client letters
- Agreeing renewals, drafting memorandums and sending out paperwork
- Drafting agreements and sending out paperwork
- Changing utilities
- Sending clients marketing terms and conditions and ensuring receipt of client ID
- Diary management
- Handling of all calls and passing on accurate details/notes.
- Arranging safety certificates and inspections.
- Preparing invoices
- Preparing reports
- Handling of maintenance requests
- Seeking permissions to book required workman for maintenance issues
- Booking workmen for the required issues
**Skills and experience**
- Good MS Office skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Accurate grammar
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, as working alone whilst Director is on appointments
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Punctual timekeeping
- Ability to self-manage tasks and time
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Customer Service / Administration based experience
- PC literate
- Excellent telephone manner
