We are looking for a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.

This role offers a great opportunity to join a highly reputed resource management company based in Peterhead. Our company is built on people and this is always at the forefront of our ethos and operations.

The purpose of the role is to act as a focal point for day to day administration. This will include:
- *Updating database

*Completion of supporting documents including schedules and contracts

*Updating of website and external media sites

*Tracking of purchasing and allocation of POs

*Assisting with payroll administration when required

*Booking travel, accommodation, medicals and training

*Liaising with Recruitment team on daily basis for support

*Participate in monthly staff meetings and quarterly HSE events

*Participate in Healthy Working Lives Gold level programs

*Carry out any other functions as deemed necessary for the effectiveness of Navitas and as requested by Operations Director or the Board.
