We’re looking for an Admin to join our stores team based at our Glenugie site in Peterhead.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Materials Inventory Coordinator Team Lead, the admin will be responsible for the control of the Goods in for Good Received Notification (GRN) and full stock management of Client returns or repairs stock records. This will include full inventory control for 30+ client contracts for stock within the various warehouses and also the shipping of stock to allow invoicing. They will also be responsible for running system generated stock reports for the various clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Daily Receipt Register (DRR) plus on hold file register update of all stock arrivals and correct GRN of purchase orders
- Creating of records and linking of stock to repair jobs for repair quoting and inventory control
- Stock record creating for Client returns/transfers with or without URN identifiers
- Shipping of stock records from signed D/Notes to allow sales / production invoicing
- Stock auditing of workshop materials and system accuracy audits to maintain system to stock integrity
- Responsible for setting up ALL Score / Client filing / scanning relating to materials sections
- Ensuring all department administration is updated correctly in a timely cost effective manner
- Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks
- Assist with URN creation for purchase order across SC01 business
- Provide guidance to Glenugie and remote site staff with material and system process queries
- Proactively resolve supplier invoice queries

**Qualifications**
- Minimum SVQ level 3 or equivalent in administration, business, or supply chain related function

**Experience**
- Relevant inventory management experience within an office environment is essential
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package - Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
- Previous experience in using an inventory management system is preferred
