Position: Part-time Office/Sales Administrator
location: Hanslope NN7 2EU

**Salary**: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour

**Sales Support Job Outline**:
**Job Role**:
You will undertake all levels of sales activities from an administrative perspective. These will include:

- Pro-actively follow-up to ensure receipt of all customer deliveries and efficiently resolve any issues.
- Process any customer returns, liaising with purchasing/warehousing to ensure supplier returns are action.
- Create and maintain stock list to ensure it is available and always up-to date.
- Maintain web stores, updating and amending as the need arises.
- General administration related tasks which assist the business operation.
- IT Literate. Proficient in Excel
- Have the ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks at any one time.
- Be good at time management and be able to prioritise work given
- Work efficiently and pro-actively identify opportunities for improvements within our internal processes
- To work as part of a team with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
