Duties;
- Answer all incoming calls and forward calls to the correct department and colleague.
- Ensure all colleagues, visitors and contractors sign in and out at reception.
- Regularly check the office areas and report any issues
- Keep the stationary cupboards topped up and replenish the stock by contacting our post room and placing an order.
- Deal with any colleague queries that may arise.
- To be trained as a fire marshal and ensure all colleagues have left the building in the event of an emergency and report to the senior fire coordinator.
- Regularly check the kitchen area to ensure there is enough stock in place for tea and coffee making facilities
