Part Time Office Administrator

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Administrator for our client based in Northampton on a permanent basis.
As the Office Administrator, you will need:
- Excellent verbal, written & Interpersonal Skills
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively as a team
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish work in order of priority.
- Ability to use PC & Software packages.
The role:
- Receiving handwritten sales orders from the team
- Typing up sales orders into the PC
- Process the order by creating a ticket using SAGE
- Create a picking sheet for the warehouse
- Create a delivery note once the order is picked ready for despatch
- Use of SAGE & Microsoft packages
- Working in a small office team
- Answer internal & external phone calls
The Benefits
- Monday to Friday office based working hours 1pm to 5pm (4 hours a day - 20 hours per week)
- £11.50 p/h (£11,960 per annum)
