**About the Role**
The role encompasses various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Filing, Printing, and photocopying
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Serving as the initial point of contact for customers
- Ordering office supplies
- Updating spreadsheets and performing data entry tasks
- Organising health and safety and first aid training
- Maintaining and updating employees' emergency contact information.
- General Office Administration
- Sorting and Allocating Invoices
Do you have a construction background? If yes, you're already ahead of the game, but if not, no biggie You will be based at our Moulton Park office, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm, We can be flexible with this and will be happy to discuss this during the interview process.
