**Project Coordinator (administration based)**
**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on relevant experience). Plus an additional annual company bonus which pays up to roughly £3,000.**
**Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (early finish at 4pm on Friday)**

**25 days plus Bank Holidays (total of 33 days)**
**Purpose of the role**:
The position encompasses a project coordination role which includes liaising with business customers, ordering of parts, managing engineers’ diaries and ensuring the full installation process runs smoothly. You’ll report to the Office Manager and work closely with the small administration team, working alongside the field based sales and engineering teams.
**What your day to day will look like**:
- Organising and planning ordering of engineering parts ready for future planned work
- Working efficiently with our client’s customer base, providing excellent customer service and ensuring service agreements are met
- Scheduling on-site visits for your engineer colleagues to carry out work at customer’s locations
- Checking in with the engineer and customer after the visit to debrief on work carried out and checking if further work/ visits need to be organised
- Using their internal systems, including their ERP (planning) system and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Thoroughly updating systems with all work notes and invoice processing through the system
- Building great relations with our client’s customers and your office and field based colleagues
