Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance on daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Manage team schedules and workflow to ensure smooth operations
- Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employers and maintaining personnel records for our apprentices
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when handling calls. HAving a background in Education would be great to work on the various systems from Awarding bodies such as City and Guilds.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in supervising staff members is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
