Pen-Y-Bont Surgery is a GP Practice situated alongside the river in St.Asaph.

**Care Navigator/Administrator**

Due to increasing patient registrations, we now have a part-time Care Navigator/Administrator vacancy.

The applicant must be able to work flexibly over 3 or 4 days between 20-25 hours.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and are enthusiastic, pleasant, friendly and caring, then this is the job for you

Pen-Y-Bont Practice is a very busy GP surgery and we are looking to recruit a person who is team player with excellent people skills, has the ability to work under pressure and is able to multi-task.

The successful applicant would provide general assistance to the practice team as well as assisting patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare. It is essential that the successful applicant is professional, courteous, efficient and is able to project a friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical environment is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
