- CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join the team in Swansea.
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, forming part of the compliance team the Compliance Administrator will play a key role to ensure all buildings are statutory compliant for Contract End. The Administrator will work closely with the operational team to ensure that all statutory compliance is completed. Support and attend internal and external audits with the Client(s) as required. Consistently improve and exceed customer service standards whilst working in partnership with the Client(s) ensuring first class service delivery and continuous improvement.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure statutory certification and other evidence of completion of statutory and mandatory maintenance tasks is collated, reviewed, and appropriately filed in the electronic and hardcopy logbooks.
- Statutory remedial works are identified and recorded; completion is monitored, and evidence is accurately maintained.
- Complete gap analysis; reviewing required compliance documentation vs received compliance documentation.
- Support the Compliance Manager with compliance data required for reports and meetings.
- Arrange access for sub contractors as required.
- Ensure CBRE operating procedures are adhered to, and quality procedures are followed. Adopting and implementing best practice.
- Effective communication with all levels of internal teams and external customers.
- Promote and maintain company culture throughout the team.
- Any other duties that may be required and which are considered by the line manager to be consistent with the grade and the general responsibilities of the post.

**Person Specification**:

- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, utilising sound judgement in prioritising multiple responsibilities
- Flexible, thoroughly self-motivated and tenacious, with the ability to work largely unsupervised whilst a team player, demonstrating loyalty and a high level of commitment.
- Possess IT Skills in MS Office, time management, detail conscious, and organisational skills.
- The ability to think creatively and innovatively, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach to meeting objectives and problem solving.
- Ability to handle differing/
- Have a proactive ability to recognise, prioritise and define problems, collect and analyses data, establish facts and draw valid and commercially balanced conclusions
- Well-developed negotiating skills.
- Sound knowledge of legislation, compliance and regulatory systems within premises and the built environment.
- Knowledge and experience gained in delivery of FM services.
- Previous role held within Facilities Management Company/Consultant
- Experience of CAFM Systems
- Knowledge of internal audits.
- Membership to an appropriate Professional Body.
- Knowledge of Public Sector contracts, particularly in a service environment.
- Experience in a compliance role
- Experience in delivery of technical presentations to colleagues and customers.
- Experience gained from working in a commercial Services environment.
