Job Description

Compliance Administrator - Swansea - Permanent Your new company Your new company is a highly established organisation located in the heart of Swansea. My client is looking for a Compliance Administrator who possesses knowledge and experience within a Facilities Management or Health & Safety role.

Your new role Your new role as Compliance Administrator will see you take on various responsibilities within a fast-paced and busy environment. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring that statuary certification and other evidence of completion of statuary and mandatory maintenance tasks is collated, reviewed and appropriately filed electronically and manually, completing gap analysis - reviewing required compliance documentation vs the received compliance documentation, arranging access for subcontractors, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to and followed and any other tasks that are deemed to be consistent with the responsibilities of the role as and when required.

What you\'ll need to succeed The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who is flexible and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft office. They will be detail conscious with the ability to prioritise their workload under pressure. The successful individual will also possess knowledge and experience gained from a Facilities Management or Health & Safety background.
