An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Administration officer to join our innovative and dynamic Health Access Team in Swansea Bay.

This post is permanent 22.5hrs/week.

The successful applicant will carry out administrative delegated duties to meet the needs of asylum seekers within Swansea bay University Health Board.. Administrative officers within the team are highly trained to meet the demands of the service and a full preceptorship and educational package will be awarded and supported.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will provide comprehensive support to the service. This includes; providing administrative support to the team, arranging meetings, coordinating information, preparation of agendas, minute taking, data entry and routine audits. The post holder will communicate and liaise with staff and members of partner organisations, produce work to deadlines whilst ensuring compliance with HB policies.
