**Department Insights**

Through Identity Security, Architecture and Design; the IGA team provides a centralised service to deliver the Cybersecurity programme and meet the business needs of RWE. Cybersecurity design and architecture implements the business, security and functional requirements to provide essential security and ensure RWE is protected now and in the future.
In Cybersecurity, we operate as one cohesive team, dedicated to designing, building, managing, and securing identity-related topics.

**Your responsibilities**

**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of CyberSecurity Architect professionals
- Act as a key liaison between the Service and Design team and executive leadership.
- Empower and motivate the team, providing clear direction and fostering a positive working environment.
- Identify individual strengths and areas for growth within the team, providing ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
- Provide a supportive and empowering environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively within and outside the cybersecurity department.
- Represent the Service and Design team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.

**Service Management**:

- Oversee the task management of external resources within an agile environment
- Engage with a fully functioning multi-sourced managed service support team, adopting a customer-centric approach across multiple locations, emphasizing on service availability and performance
- Ensure responsiveness to customer needs in all service and support functions.
- Together with the external resources, maintain the service catalogue and a comprehensive Cybersecurity service operations knowledge library.
- Ensure that adequate reporting and service standards are met for Cybersecurity support services
- Ensure that all service changes are communicated and managed, with appropriate governance
- Implement a continual service improvement program across the broader service delivery

**Team Development**:

- Ensure the positive development of the entire team.
- Take absolute ownership and accountability for tasks and projects.

**Your Powerful Skills**:

- Translate technical concepts into non-technical language effectively.
- Understand the communication requirements with internal and external support teams.
- Recognize the work of others, valuing the important: Team dynamics, collaboration, and feedback.
- identify service disputes and describe them in ways that are relevant both to direct peers and to internal and external support team
- Work collaboratively while recommending decisions and providing sound reasoning.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in support services.
- Hold a degree, or be considered a self-starter
