The organization is currently enhancing its operations in the UK and is seeking a skilled Pre-sales Security Consultant.
Role Overview:
The Pre-sales Security Consultant will engage in a hybrid working arrangement following a probationary period, which entails 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the broader Pre-sales team to address cybersecurity needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cyber Security, staying informed about the evolving threat landscape and the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ascertain customer requirements and expectations.
- Lead the design and review process for security solutions.
- Provide expert guidance during cybersecurity incidents and assist in developing incident response strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in a Pre-sales or related role within an MSP context.
- Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27002, NIST CSF, CIS, or NCSE CAF.
- Understanding of threat management tools and endpoint detection technologies.
- Expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) processes and protocols.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
