• A variety of flexible benefits, including private health insurance and dental coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Tool Management – Design, implement, and maintain security systems and protocols to protect sensitive information from cyber threats.
  • Vulnerability Assessment – Continuously review and enhance our vulnerability management strategies to ensure comprehensive visibility across the entire system.
  • Compliance Assurance – Assist in the ongoing monitoring, testing, and reporting of security controls to ensure adherence to policies and effectiveness in risk reduction.
  • Proactive Security Monitoring – Utilize security tools to safeguard the organization’s boundaries, endpoints, servers, and cloud systems.
  • Incident Response – Be adept at responding to security incidents in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Security Testing – Contribute to a security testing program aimed at identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in critical systems.
  • Audit Support – Assist with regular internal and external audit processes.
  • Project Engagement – Support security considerations in project designs by articulating security requirements and ensuring due diligence.
  • Continuous Improvement – Enhance the security function through ongoing improvements in technical systems and documented processes.
  • Threat Awareness – Stay informed about emerging threats and develop strategies to protect the organization’s systems.
  • Policy Development – Aid in the creation and implementation of security policies and standards.
  • Reporting – Compile and analyze data to support the production of security-related reports.
  • Data Protection – Ensure robust data security using various prevention tools and techniques.
  • Vendor Relations – Build strong partnerships with third-party vendors to ensure effective configuration and communication.

Qualifications for Success:

Education:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Information/Cyber Security.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft certifications, or others from recognized bodies.
Experience:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing security tools.
