**About us**
Joining our professional and personable veterinary team, you’ll deliver exceptional care and customer service, putting patients and clients first. You will focus on our patients and clients needs, answering calls and queries, making appointments, taking payments and ensuring the practice is safe and well-stocked whilst. Reception and Administration experience in veterinary background is preferred but not essential, you’ll also receive a comprehensive induction and training plan. You must share our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you’ll also take the initiative in customer service and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Of course, share our love of animals and be able to deal with patients and clients in sometimes distressing circumstances. Good written and spoken English, a positive approach to solving problems and the ability to work under pressure as needed are also essential. To confirm, this role is a part time role. You will be required to cover 24 hours per week in the East Oxford practice and share a mínimal amount of weekend and Bank Holiday duties with the Oxfordshire team.
