Receptionist/Administration needed join a friendly team.
Great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their skills and broaden their experience in a client focused environment. Full training will be provided.
Job details
- Ensuring daily opening procedures are followed
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the reception
- Answering the telephone and dealing with client queries.
- Greeting visitors
- Organising refreshments when necessary
- Ensuring procedures are followed in relation to security of the building
- Ensuring Fire Safety procedures are followed
- Ensure clients have vacated offices on the date of license expiry
- Ensure moving in check list is followed with all new clients including welcome packs, keys,swipe cards
- Collating all records relating to Health and Safety, Fire and Risk Assessments
- Assisting in the implementation of credit control and accounts procedures
- Ensure accurate billing for License Fees and Services
- Implantation of the telephone system and I.T requirements
- Assist in viewings and renewals where necessary and to promote the centre services
- Ensure inductions are completed for new clients
- To assist the centre Director in ensuring that the premises, plant, Machinery and work activities are maintained and operate in compliance with health and safety legislations and sage working practice
