AG Hotels Group is looking for a hospitable and confident Night Receptionist to join our **Orchid Hotel in Epsom. **We are looking for someone who puts our people at the heart of everything we do and is passionate for customer service and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:
1. General reception duties and administration

2. Deal efficiently with enquiries from guests in person

3. Keeping the rooms and public areas clean

4. Ensure the security and safety of the site during your shift hours

5. Report any health and safety issues/ maintenance issues to the relevant department

6. To attend and give hand over at the end and start of your shift

**Pre-Requisites**

1. Should have a background in Front office Hospitality

2. Should be willing to multitask

3. Passion for the Hotel industry

5. He/ she must have an attention to detail with a proactive approach

6. Flexible attitude

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
