**About the Team**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead EMEA HR lifecycle team to respond to the daily operation work of the employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, job status change, on-call, mobility, etc. Ensure related work delivery is timely and accurate.
- Supports the implementation of HR Shared Service Center construction in EMEA centralized key HR processes to the regional center, meanwhile providing necessary front desk service to achieve high quality, efficiency, and outstanding experience service to businesses and employees.
- Lead lifecycle relevant projects from global/regional/country level to improve operation qualities, efficiency, and employee experience to achieve HROP global and regional annual targets.
- Continuously enhance operation efficiency via process improvement, and process automation, as well as improve operation quality and employee experience.
- Maintain good partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, P&I(Performance and Incentives) and other HR team members. Partners with HRBP and COE teams to execute certain strategies that support business needs.
- Managing vendors' performance and actively working on building a strong rapport with external and internal stakeholders.
- Develop a competent team in EMEA. Continuously enable team capability and individual competencies via multiple approaches. Develop a learning organization in EMEA.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with 3+ in HR Shared Service Center management, with specialization in HR Shared Service Center setting up is preferred

- 3+ years experience in managing HR operations across EMEA region or multiple EMEA countries.
- Good people management skills. Experience managing a large team providing HR share services in a high-growth environment.
- Leadership and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management skills to stakeholders and to other advisors.
- Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures across the EMEA countries
- Good at process optimization and digitization.
- Good command of communication with a strong ability to facilitate and manage change.
