We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Lead to join our client's team in a dynamic Fin-Tech organisation. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to shape your career in a flat structure and contribute to the company's growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR Ops specialists, supporting TUPE, leading Workday integrations, and overseeing large-scale HR operations projects. Proven expertise in mentoring team members in rapidly scaling organisations is essential.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing first-line support and service for internal/external queries via email, phone, and/or HR Service Now.
  • Leading a team of 4 across the UK, Europe, and America.
  • Supporting the HR Shared Services strategy, focusing on the HR Operations service and delivery in preparation for Workday.
  • Acting as Workday SME for HR Operations during the project.
  • Providing functional knowledge and expertise on local requirements, covering HR business processes and legal/statutory requirements.
  • Managing the HR Operations function's review and input as requested on design requirements, test materials, configuration, training materials.

To succeed in this role, you will need 6+ years' experience in HR Operations across Financial Services or Technology, previous experience with a TUPE process, and proven expertise with Workday, ideally implementation.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
