**ADMINSTRATION SUPPORT ASSISTANT - ADULT LEARNING TEAM - 16 HOURS PER WEEK, term time only (+5 days)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Learning Team providing administrative support to the Head of Department and liaising with other teams across the college.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated individual who has experience of working in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills along with excellent organisation/planning skills and experience of liaising with external organisations.

Working hours are flexible to meet the needs of the team. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for college events /evening classes is essential.

The salary range for this role is SFCA Support Staff pay points 5 - **7 £8,427.24 to £8,753.20 per annum (£22,312 to £23,175 FTE)**. The starting salary will be dependant on experience.
