About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Clinical Sciences Administration Team as an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will provide reception and booking office support, working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Manage diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and databases

Person Specification

  • Essential:
    • Good level of education/GCSE or equivalent
    • Experience of diary management
  • Desirable:
    • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
