Key Role in Service Administration:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team at JCT600, a leading automotive dealership. As a key member of the Service team, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient administration support to ensure top-notch service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service bookings and approvals on a daily basis, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Coordinate technical calls and diagnostic processes, utilizing industry-standard tools and software.
  • Review parts availability and ensure accurate data collection, maintaining up-to-date customer and vehicle information for business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to optimize customer experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administration role, preferably in a Service environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
