We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Community & Therapies team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of administrative support to the Community & Therapies team, including registering referrals, appointing patients, and inputting data into patient records.
  • Support the Senior Administrator in delivering an effective and efficient administration service, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within given timescales.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies, ensuring that they are aligned with Trust policies and procedures.
