**Job description**
Pro Lawn Ltd is an award winning independent professional lawn treatment company. For more than 21 years we've successfully provided a variety of lawn care and weed control services to our customers throughout South West Scotland. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and excellent customer service and are looking to recruit an **Office Administrator**. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who's eager to learn and progress as part of a small, but busy admin team within a growing business.
- Polite and friendly with a courteous manner.
- A confident and professional communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Comfortable working both individually or as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with the ability to use your own initiative to complete work in an organised and timely fashion, showing outstanding attention to detail.
- Familiar with computer systems and, in particular, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel and Outlook - possession of an ICDL would be advantageous.
- Enthusiastic and open to learning about our industry specific processes and bespoke computer systems.
**You will be required to**:
- Answer the telephone and deal with all inquiries in a courteous manner, taking detailed and accurate messages where necessary.
- Greet all visitors to our premises in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sort, prepare and distribute all incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
- Photocopy, scan and file company documents as required.
- Maintain customer relationships and customer account management using our new bespoke software - full training will be provided.
- Diary management and scheduling as required - full training will be provided.
- Provide assistance to management and all other staff members in the day-to-day running of our busy office.
We can offer a competitive salary based on experience, 28 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day for every completed 5 years), sociable working hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 07:54am-14:45pm, and a 3% pension contribution.
We will also provide additional relevant training on an ongoing basis.
