We are recruiting Rentolease are looking for a self motivated, flexible part timeProperty Advisor to work in our busy Prestwick office 24 hours per week, 9am -5pm Monday, Thursday and Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Ayrshire larges property firms. The role will be a mixture of in office work and out of office appointments. Good administration and organisation skills required as well as being a team player and able to work alone. Full training will be given.

The job will include arranging, carrying out and reporting on:

- PAT testing
- Legionella risk assessments
- Property inspections, inventories and viewings
- Exit checks and site visits.
- Lease signing and move ins
- Property marketing

Previous property and office experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Full clean driving licence require.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
