Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Engineering Administration Associate to join our team in Prestwick. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our contractors and global engineering workers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceeding expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organise toolboxes for GEWs and update ELMS software accordingly.
  • Process timesheets and assist with the Timesheet report where necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of GEW weekly registers/staff lists.
  • Monitor GEWs' task uploads daily/weekly.
  • Carry out regular checks on JMC GEW toolboxes and maintain accuracy in ELMS.
Requirements
  • A strong educational background, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
