Here at the Nottingham we have an exciting opportunity to join our Estates and Facilities team as Estates and Facilities Coordinator. Working within the wider Estates and Facilities team, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to collaborate and work alongside a genuinely supportive team.

This role involves coordinating our tenant and landlord relationships, ensuring delivery of a safe and secure working environment at The Nottingham across all operational locations alongside adhering to compliance with Health and Safety legislation.

You will also be responsible for the timely delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities and support with the development of the society to a more sustainable future. This role also includes being the face of the society with visitors and facilities contractors, ensuring they are greeted and given correct access when arriving at our Head Office.

**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing as an Estates and Facilities Coordinator at The Nottingham -**
- You will be the daily point of contact for Operational management of c30 commercial supplier relationships to ensure that the Society’s operational locations are compliant with all Health, Safety and Security legislation and polices

Clear accountability for development, delivery and ongoing review of Health, Safety and Security colleague training ensuring alignment with upcoming legislation
- You will manage the reporting and analysis of all risks allocated against Estates and Facilities to ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner and reflected in Magique
- Along with the team support development of Environmental aspect of ESG ensuring that all decisions taken by Estates and Facilities have an appropriate lens applied in order that we can lead from the front
