Facilities Coordinator
**Working Hours**: 30 hours per week Monday - Friday or Monday - Thursday. The working hours will be set by business needs and will require flexibility.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Facilities Manager on site and liaise with the wider team to enable and successfully meet the needs of the client and the business. The services provided to the client include Security, cleaning, catering, post room and Mechanical and Electrical. You will provide a work environment that embraces the Mitie/ E.ON values. Create a place of work that supports employees to work safely and gives them opportunity to develop and feel valued.
It will be your responsibility as Facilities Coordinator to liaise with the Facilities Manager on key operational issues, equipment and machinery requirements and assist with cleaning and site safety audits, ensuring they are carried out monthly and fed into the central report.
The Facilities Coordinator will support in the management of annual leave to ensure adequate staffing levels are always maintained.
You will have experience of facilities management service delivery, be able to resolve solutions quickly and effectively, have proficient I.T skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of CAFM tools, be a team player and have the required experience and skills to enable a smooth running of the contract.
Great communication skills are essential as this is a corporate environment where you will engage with many different stakeholders and our client, as well as experience working in a service environment. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are desirable.
