You might have enjoyed working from home and would like to split your time between there and the office/ other work locations. Others may be eager to return to the office on a more regular basis. Our expectation is that, **on average**, you’ll work from home for no more than three days per week, with the remainder of your time either spent with your colleagues in the office or working from other locations as work demands dictate, e.g. courts, client offices, conferences etc. This is an average expectation over time and we know that there will be variations from week to week. Equally, there will be individual circumstances in which a different pattern of work is needed, for example as an agreed reasonable adjustment for colleagues with a disability or long-term medical condition.

**Why is this role important and how does it fit into the team, department and wider firm?**

The post holder will support the Head of Facilities to maintain and develop the administrative functions of the Facilities Management team, with a particular focus on existing and incoming management standards, including external accreditations.

**What does the role actually involve?**
- The coordination and upkeep of the firm’s incoming international management standard, ISO:22301
- Firmwide implementation of ISO:14001
- Maintenance of ISO standards
- Maintain and develop varied procedures, systems and records to ensure ease of accessibility at the point of use
- Challenge existing practices and process to ensure they offer maximum value and efficiency
- Gathering, inputting, checking and interpreting data for performance and trends
- Monitor and pursue corrective and preventive action

**Person specification**

**What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?**
- Understanding and experience of implementing and/ or maintaining international management standards (e.g. ISO:14001, 22301, 45001, 9001 etc.)
- Proven experience, qualification and/ or working knowledge of environmental topics, ESG, sustainability, carbon management programmes etc.
- A good working knowledge of SharePoint and making the most of its capability.
