About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Estates and Facilities team as an Estates and Facilities Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality estates and facilities services and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Estates and Facilities Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of estates and facilities services across the Trust. This will include working as part of our Estates and Facilities team to provide an efficient cleaning operation, ensuring high standards of cleaning quality and safety are maintained.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to support the day-to-day operations of the Trust's estates and facilities, and assist with tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. You will also have an awareness of health and safety issues and report any such hazards to the relevant manager.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work well under pressure. The salary for this role is £17,000 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience.
