28-32k | 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday

Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Facilities Officer for a company based in the heart of Nottingham.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Residential Market.

What they are looking for:

Managing statutory compliance for our commercial buildings and newly added residential properties
Handling service charge budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations across the properties
Oversee statutory compliance for buildings within their portfolio
Manage service charge budgets and related works for residential and commercial properties (No service charge experience needed)
Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
Occasional travel to other sites (pool car provided)

Key details:

Experience managing buildings within the residential market in a Facilities Manager or similar role
Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
