An exciting opportunity has arisen within the company for an experienced administration assistant.

This is an office-based position in our Calverton headquarters.

It’s important that you are used to being a team player within a growing business, be quick to learn, can work on their own initiative, demonstrate excellent communication skills, input into various software platforms (training provided), and is motivated to succeed and hit targets.

This role will be supporting the existing operations team to assist in the following areas
- Scheduling of engineering staff and subcontractors to carry out works at various sites.
- Filing and processing paperwork received from engineers and subcontractors.
- Raising of purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Dealing with client requests and keeping them informed of upcoming service visits and reactive works.
- Uploading paperwork to various client portals

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and will receive full in-house training. MIES Facilities Management is a Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Security, maintenance, and compliance provider, offering a full range of services on a contractual basis.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
