Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of Nottingham’s most established companies within the building industry who are looking to add a Scheduling/Coordinating Facilities Administrator to their expanding team.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive salary of c£22,000 D.O.E plus an annual Christmas bonus.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day service delivery for our key account clients
- Delegating work to engineering and contractors, managing their workload
- Processing works from enquiry stage to aftersales care
- Programming reactive and planned works

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous scheduling /planning / coordinating experience essential
- Good administrative experience essential
- Previous customer service experience
- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident communication skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
