Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Administrator to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and send correspondence to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update client data on our internal systems and software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Produce and analyze data in Excel, providing insights and recommendations to improve facilities operations.
- Raise purchase orders and create job folders to facilitate efficient operations.
- Manage and maintain organized records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proactive and motivated individual, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience in office administration, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
- A competitive salary of up to £24,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A full-time position, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- Up to 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and paid leave over the festive period.
